We have stayed in many B&B's over the years as well as some of the best hotels in the country and know what makes a stay disappointing, and what makes us want to return

We hope we have addressed those things here.

Our ensuite bedroom is large and airy with a proper full sized bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and twin sinks, not just a corner cut off the bedroom, you won't have to sidle round doors and furniture! Our other two bedrooms are large airy comfortable rooms which can have use of a private bathroom. (They normally share the bathroom). See the accommodation page.

Our aim is to make you feel at home, but without the daily chores. We are people with a conscience, we try to recycle wherever possible and use ecological products wherever possible. We have an excellent and varied library of textile books, gardening, cookery and fishing books as well as paperback novels which you can swap for your own read ones.
